All forms are fillable forms and will be sent directly to our office upon submission. Simply open the appropriate form below, complete the fields, and click 'Save' (top right corner) to submit the form.

To transfer an existing service to your name you will need to complete the Meter Deposit Form. 

If the service address will be your primary residence, you will also need to complete the Declaration of Domicile Template. 

You can find information on how to purchase a meter and the way we bill for water use under District I Signup Info or District II & III Signup Info depending on your location within our service area.

If you are starting new water service at a property without an existing water meter, please complete and submit the Water Use Agreement as well as the Meter Deposit Form and the Declaration of Domicile Template (primary residence only).  

If you would like to set your account up on auto bank draft or make changes to your current auto bank draft information, please use the Bank Draft Form.
